keep moving to get moving

When feeling backed up/bloated, the last thing I want to do is move -- but staying active is probably one of the best things to do in that inflated state. Just the idea of squishing all the pieces of myself into compression pants and a sports bra fills me with dread, but it really does help.

This comes with one very large caveat: farting. It's gonna happen.

So, here I have a little guide detailing exercises that allow you to fart with abandon and others that may be a bit tricky if you're trying to keep a low profile.
